Grace sparkling pinot noir is made in the traditional method resulting in delightfully small beads and a delicious red apple and citrus flavour with a classic brioche, yeasty character that comes from ageing in the bottle.

Grace sparkling Pinot Noir is our signature sparkling wine, hand-picked and made in the traditional method . It is an elegantly structured blush, with the tiniest beads and a delicate aroma. Grace has a vibrant cherry and strawberry palate with a clean, crisp finish!

The Grace Sparkling Pinot Noir is made by Simon Greenleaf of the Adelaide Fine Wine Centre in Lobethal. We aspire to compete with the more bespoke Sparkling wines made in the traditional method, such as Petaluma, Goldings and Bird in Hand.

We anticipate the growth in demand for Grace Sparkling to track the growth of bespoke, local sparkling wines and as the Annandale brand grows in keeping with the development of Wine Tourism SA.

Grace Sparkling is currently retailing for $30 on line and from the farm gate. We are looking to retail Grace Sparkling for $40/bottle by 2022.
